Experience: Several years teaching children aged 4–6 in nursery and as a family governess, including home schooling

We look for candidates in our database and through trusted channels, based on your requirements.

We review the candidate’s experience, check their documents and right to work in Cyprus, and contact previous employers for references.

We interview every candidate in person or by video call before introducing them to you.

You receive 2–3 profiles describing the candidates’ experience, with our comments.

You meet the candidates and choose the person who suits your family. A trial day can be arranged if you wish.

We help agree the terms and stay in touch after the staff member starts work.

We operate under Private Employment Agency Licence No. 593, issued by the Department of Labour of the Republic of Cyprus.

We communicate with families in Russian and English.

We do not forward profiles from general databases — we interview every candidate ourselves.
